It seems that just about anyone that has spent time in Downtown Cedar Rapids is familiar with Gringo’s. Everyone seems to know and love it. Which is why we are so excited to announce that Gringo’s is back!

Co-owners Nicole Healy and Chris Burhans have teamed up to offer a great Downtown lunch location as well as catering. Gringo’s has recently reopened in the Armstrong Centre Food Court and are better than ever.

Gringo’s now serves a smaller menu but that doesn’t mean they have shorted on quality or flavor. Offering a quick serve, sit down style meal allows for patrons to enjoy their meal without feeling the need to rush through it due to time constraints. And with a breakfast menu in the works, they will be able to offer those original lunch favorites as well as breakfast with Gringo’s flair.

Gringos can be found at the Armstrong Centre, 210 Third Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids and are accessible via sidewalk or the skywalk system. They are currently open 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Friday. Starting May 22nd they will be open for breakfast at 7:00 a.m.
