Tower Commerce Center, our newest development project, reached its first milestone this month with the completion of the clearing of trees to make way for the business park. Located along Tower Terrace Road, between Hawkeye Drive and Stamy Road, this area is a prime location for a commercial/light industrial business. Infrastructure improvements are scheduled to begin in the Spring of 2011, with the repaving of the portion of Stamy Road running adjacent to the property to follow this coming Summer!
